
Ingredients:
• 1 kg – boneless Chicken
• 1/2 kg – fried Onion
• 200 g – Watermelon kernels
• 250 g – Curd
• 1/2 kg – Milk
• 200 g – oil
• 2 tsp – Ginger – Garlic paste
• 250 g – Tomato puree
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 2 tsp – salt
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – Turmeric
• 25 g – Garam Masala
• 1 tsp – kasoori Methi
Method:
- Heat oil in a degchi and add sabut garam masala.
- Mix curd, watermelon kernels and milk, and whip.
- Transfer ginger-garlic paste and this mixture to the degchi.
- Cook well and add the remaining spices along with the onions.
- Add 1/2 kg of water and then the boneless chicken.
- Cook for 10 mins and add garam masala.
