Ingredients:

• Chicken (cut into big pieces) – 1kg
• Cinnamon – 2-3 sticks
• Cardamom – 5
• Cloves – 6
• Whole Red Chilli – 10
• Ginger Garlic paste – 2 tbsp
• Onion – 2
• Tomato – 2
• Salt to taste
• Oil

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
  2. Put cinnamon sticks, cardamom, cloves and red chillies in the pan and fry for a while.
  3. Add onions and fry till they are golden brown in colour.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste, fry, add diced tomatoes and fry for a few mins.
  5. Finally add the chicken pieces and fry it well.
  6. Add salt and half a cup of water to the chicken
  7. Close the pan and allow it to boil. Now simmer in medium flame.
  8. Stir occasionally and when done serve.
