
Ingredients:
• 1kg – Chicken
• 1/2 cup Curd
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1 tbsp chilli powder
• 3 Onions
• 2 Tomatoes
• 2 tbsp coriander powder
• few Curry leaves
• Grind-
• 2″ Ginger
• 2 pods Garlic
• Few pieces- Cloves and Cinnamon
• 1 tsp Turmeric powder
• 2 tsp Saunf (aniseed)
Method:
- Cook the chicken pieces with the ground masala, curd, and tomatoes, and keep aside. Heat oil, and fry sliced onions and curry leaves.
- When light brown, add the coriander powder and chilli powder.
- Fry for some time. Then add the cooked chicken and fry.
