Ingredients:

• 10 slices – sandwich bread
• 50 g – Butter
• 5 tbsp – mayonnaise
• 1 cup – cooked shredded Chicken
• Salt to taste
• 2 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 cup – chopped Cucumber
• 1 Capsicum chopped
• 1 Onion chopped
• 2 Green chillies chopped
• 2 tsp – lime/lemon juice

Method:

  1. Spread each slice bread with a thin layer of butter on one side only.
  2. Combine all the other ingredients together.
  3. Spoon the salad mixture on 5 slices of the buttered bread.
  4. Top with the other 5 buttered slices.
  5. Remove the crusts and slice each diagonally.
