Ingredients:

• Boneless Chicken cut in 3×1 inch strips – 400g
• Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
• Red Chilli powder -1 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Bread crumbs – enough to cover the Chicken
• Oil – for frying

Method:

  1. Wash and drain the chicken.
  2. Marinate the chicken fingers with all the spices for an hour. Roll them in bread crumbs.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. Fry few fingers at a time till they turn golden.
  5. Drain excess oil on tissue paper.
  6. Serve with French fries and ketchup.
