
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – chicken, cut into medium size pieces
• 2 – onions, chopped thick
• 2 – tomatoes, chopped
• 2 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 – Bay Leaf
• 1 tsp – chopped Garlic
• 1 tsp – chopped Mint leaves
Method:
- Place all the above ingredients in a suitable vessel or pot with 8 to 10 cups of water and bring to boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for about 1 hour till the chicken is soft and tender and the soup thickens.
- Serve with steamed rice or bread.
