Ingredients:

• Chicken – 1kg
• Onions – 5, big
• Potatoes – 2, medium
• Tomato – 1
• Green chillies – 10
• Coconut Milk – 1 cup
• Salt to taste
• Ginger- a little
• Garlic- a little
• Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Clean and chop the vegetables.
  2. Put oil in a pan.
  3. Fry onions, green chilli, ginger, and garlic.
  4. Then add tomato, chicken, and turmeric powder. Then fry well for 5 minutes.
  5. Then put chopped potato and fry for 3 minutes. Add water and salt.
  6. After these ingredients are cooked well, mix coconut milk.
  7. Simmer for 5 to 7 minutes and then it is ready.
