
Ingredients:
• 250 g – chicken, cleaned and washed
• 150 g – rice, cleaned and washed
• 5 to 6 – tomatoes, finely chopped
• 4 to 5 – Green chillies
• 1/2 cup – coriander leaves, chopped
• 1/2 cup – Mint leaves
• 2 to 3 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 3 tsp – oil
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 2 to 3 cups – water
• Salt – to taste
Method:
- Saute all ingredients (except chicken, water and rice) in a pan with oil.
- Once the tomatoes are done, add chicken and cook till tender.
- Add rice and water.
- Boil till the rice is half-done
- Cover and cook on a low flame for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve hot with curd and salad.
