Ingredients:
• 1 kg – Chicken wings
• or 1 – small size Chicken
• 3 tbsp – Kashmir chilli
• 2 tbsp – yogurt
• 1 tbsp – garlic/ginger paste
• 1 tsp – cumin powder
• 1 tbsp – coriander
• 1 Lemon juice
• Tandoori color
• Salt – to taste
• 1 tsp – oil
Method:
- Wash and clean the chicken and pat it dry.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and marinate and keep for 1/2 hour.
- Then grill.
