
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Chicken
• 1 – onion, sliced
• 1 – tomato, sliced
• 2 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 2 – Green chillies
• 1.5 tbsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – coriander powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
Method:
- Pressure cook the chicken with all the above ingredients.
- Heat oil in a kadai and add curry leaves and crushed garlic.
- Add cooked chicken mixture to it and saute well till the water is completely absorbed.
