
Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 2 tsp – chopped Garlic
• 2 – onions, chopped
• 1 tsp – chopped Ginger
• 1 tsp – garam masala/spice powder
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 – large tomato, chopped
• 1 cup – Chickpeas (Kabuli channa) soaked overnight and boiled
• 1 tbsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and add the garlic, onion and ginger. Saute until brown.
- Stir in the garam masala, chilli powder, coriander powder, tomato, salt and chickpeas.
- Simmer on low heat until the gravy thickens.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
