Ingredients:

• 1/2 tin – condensed Milk
• 140 gm – flour
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• 1 tsp – baking powder
• 1/4 tsp – soda bicarbonate
• 56 gm – Butter
• 1/4 tsp – salt
• 1 tsp – Strawberry essence
• 1/4 tsp – red colour

Method:

1. Beat melted butter, milk, condensed milk colour and essence into mix sifted flour, salt, soda bicarbonate and baking powder.
2. Line a tin with greased brown paper.
3. Pour the mixture in to it and then bake in moderate oven (350F) until a wooden pick comes out smoothly.
4. Cool and then decorate it.
