
Ingredients:
• 2 – Capsicums
• 5 – Green chillies
• 4 tbsp – Tomato sauce
• 4 tbsp – soya sauce
• 4 tbsp – chilli sauce
• 4-5 flakes – Garlic
• salt to taste
• 3 tbsp – oil
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and lightly fry the chopped garlic.
- Add the green chillies and fry.
- Add the capsicum, all the sauces and fry.
- Serve with roti.
