Ingredients:

• 2 – Capsicums
• 5 – Green chillies
• 4 tbsp – Tomato sauce
• 4 tbsp – soya sauce
• 4 tbsp – chilli sauce
• 4-5 flakes – Garlic
• salt to taste
• 3 tbsp – oil

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and lightly fry the chopped garlic.
  2. Add the green chillies and fry.
  3. Add the capsicum, all the sauces and fry.
  4. Serve with roti.
