Ingredients:
• 1 – Capsicum
• 2 – tomatoes, medium
• 1 tbsp – Jeera
• 4 – Green chillies
• 2 – Garlic
• 1 tbsp – coriander
• Coriander leaves for garnishing
• Salt to taste
• Oil to fry
Method:
- Cut the capsicum and tomatoes into small pieces.
- Take a little oil in a pan and fry the capsicum pieces till they become tender. Keep aside and cool.
- Fry the tomatoes till they become tender and allow them to cool.
- Fry jeera, garlic, green chillies, and coriander, and let it cool.
- Grind all the ingredients with salt and coriander leaves.
- Serve with rice and idly.
