Ingredients:

• 400g – Chicken (boneless)
• 2 – eggs
• 3 tbsp – Corn flour
• 2 tbsp – chilli sauce
• 2 – Onions
• Salt required quantity
• 8 – Garlic
• 6 – Green chillies
• 2 – Capsicums (chop it)
• 2 tbsp – Vinegar
• 1/4 – ajinomoto
• 1/2 tsp – pepper
• oil

Method:

  1. Mix eggs, corn flour, salt, and 1 tbsp chilli sauce with the chicken pieces. Let the chicken marinate for 1/2 hour.
  2. Heat sufficient oil and deep-fry the marinated chicken pieces till crisp.
  3. Now take another pan, heat 1 tbsp of oil, and add onions, garlic, green chillies, capsicums, corn flour, and 3 tbsp of water.
  4. Add remaining chilli sauce, salt, ajinomoto, pepper, vinegar, and blended corn flour. Stir it for 2 minutes.
  5. Now add the fried chicken pieces in it, and saute till the sauce coats the chicken pieces.
