Ingredients:

• 3 – Chicken breast fillets
• 3 cup – Mushrooms
• 1 cup – capsicum, red and green
• 1 – Egg
• 2 tbsp – soya sauce
• 2 tbsp – finely chopped Green chillies
• 1 tbsp – cut Ginger
• 2 tbsp – finely cut Garlic
• 1/2 tsp – ajinomoto
• 2 tbsp – Corn flour
• 2 tbsp – plain flour
• Pepper powder
• Salt to taste
• Oil

Method:

  1. Cut the chicken breast fillets into small pieces.
  2. Marinate in pepper powder, salt, corn flour, plain flour, and egg batter for 15 minutes.
  3. Deep fry them in oil.
  4. In a wok or kadai, pour some oil, fry the ginger, garlic, and green chilli pieces.
  5. Add the fried chicken, and pour the soya sauce. Mix well.
  6. Add the cut mushrooms and cut capsicum.
  7. Take 1/2 cup of water and mix this with 1 tbsp of corn flour.
  8. Add to the chicken mixture.
  9. Sprinkle with ajinomoto and allow it to boil till the gravy thickens. Serve this with noodles or fried rice.
