
Ingredients:
• 3 – Chicken breast fillets
• 3 cup – Mushrooms
• 1 cup – capsicum, red and green
• 1 – Egg
• 2 tbsp – soya sauce
• 2 tbsp – finely chopped Green chillies
• 1 tbsp – cut Ginger
• 2 tbsp – finely cut Garlic
• 1/2 tsp – ajinomoto
• 2 tbsp – Corn flour
• 2 tbsp – plain flour
• Pepper powder
• Salt to taste
• Oil
Method:
- Cut the chicken breast fillets into small pieces.
- Marinate in pepper powder, salt, corn flour, plain flour, and egg batter for 15 minutes.
- Deep fry them in oil.
- In a wok or kadai, pour some oil, fry the ginger, garlic, and green chilli pieces.
- Add the fried chicken, and pour the soya sauce. Mix well.
- Add the cut mushrooms and cut capsicum.
- Take 1/2 cup of water and mix this with 1 tbsp of corn flour.
- Add to the chicken mixture.
- Sprinkle with ajinomoto and allow it to boil till the gravy thickens. Serve this with noodles or fried rice.
