Ingredients:
• 2 pounds – chicken, skin peeled out and cut into pieces
• 2 tbsp – Vinegar
• 2.5 tbsp – soya sauce
• 1 Onion
• 3 tbsp – Corn flour
• 1 tsp – finely chopped Ginger Garlic
• Salt per taste
• Oil for frying
• 8-10 – green chillies, finely chopped
Method:
- Clean the chicken.
- Mix vinegar, soy sauce, and corn flour; add salt and marinate for 1 hour.
- Take a pan and put some oil and fry the chicken pieces till brown in colour.
- Take a thick bottom saucepan, add oil and fry the onions till transparent; add ginger-garlic paste.
- Add the finely cut green chillies and fried chicken; now add the marinade and keep it on slow fire, and keep stirring till done.
