Ingredients:
• 2 – Cucumbers
• 1 cup – Rice flour
• 1 cup – Coriander leaves
• 1 – chopped Onion
• 3 – Green chillies
• Salt as per taste
• Oil for cooking
Method:
- Peel the cucumber, remove the seeds, and grate.
- Add rice flour, chopped onion, green chillies, coriander leaves, and salt.
- Mix well and make small balls. Roll out.
- Heat oil in a nonstick tava and shallow-fry on both sides.
