
Ingredients:
• 500 g – fish, fillet, shredded
• 2 tsp – cumin powder
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1tsp – Garlic paste
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• Salt to taste
• 2 tsp – Vinegar
• 1/4 tsp – Orange food colour
• Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
• Oil for frying.
Method:
- Wash the fish and marinate it with all the above ingredients.
- Heat oil in a pan till smoky and fry the fish nuggets till golden brown on both sides.
- Squeeze lemon juice on the nuggets when done.
- Drain and serve hot with mint chutney and onion rings.
