Ingredients:

• 500 g – fish, fillet, shredded
• 2 tsp – cumin powder
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1tsp – Garlic paste
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• Salt to taste
• 2 tsp – Vinegar
• 1/4 tsp – Orange food colour
• Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
• Oil for frying.

Method:

  1. Wash the fish and marinate it with all the above ingredients.
  2. Heat oil in a pan till smoky and fry the fish nuggets till golden brown on both sides.
  3. Squeeze lemon juice on the nuggets when done.
  4. Drain and serve hot with mint chutney and onion rings.
