Ingredients:

• 500 gms Long Red Chillies
• 2 medium bulb Garlic
• 200 gms Salt
• 300 ml Vinegar
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 15 tbsp – Corn flour

Method:

  1. Peel garlic, destalk chillies.
  2. Grind together till fine.
  3. Add vinegar to help the grinding process.
  4. Add salt. Keep aside.
  5. Heat oil in a deep pan, add corn flour.
  6. Stir fry flour for a few seconds.
  7. Add paste, mix continuously.
  8. Stir frequently, simmer till thick.
  9. Bottle in sterile jars, preserve.
