
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – boneless Chicken (diced)
• 10 – Green chillies
• 2 sprigs – Curry leaves
• 1/2 tsp – cumin powder
• 1 tsp – raw cumin
• 1/2 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tbsp – white Vinegar
• 1 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• A little – soya sauce
• Coriander leaves
• Salt
Method:
- Put a wide non stick pan on the stove.
- Add chicken and add slit green chillies, curry leaves, whole cumin, white vinegar, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt and soy sauce.
- Put the lid on and leave it for 15 minutes, stir occasionally.
- Keep stirring till all the liquid disappears. Then add oil and lower the flame and cook, stirring occasionally, till they become crispy.
- As you are stirring you can add more oil if you think it is sticking to the pan.
- When you think the chicken is crispy enough add all the other powders and coriander leaves.
- Mix it well for a while.
- Take the pan off the fire or switch off the flame.
