Ingredients:

• 250 gms- Fresh green hot chillies
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1 pinch Asafoetida
• 1 tsp – salt

Method:

  1. De-stem and clean chillies
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  3. Add chillies, asafoetida, salt.
  4. Stir and cover, remove from fire.
  5. Keep covered for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Pound without water, or grind in small electric grinder, to form a paste.
  7. Do not add water.
  8. Store in clean jar, refrigerate
