Ingredients:

• green chilies – 100 gm
• Onion – 1 small
• Ginger – 1/2″ piece
• Lemon – 1
• oil – 2 tbsp
• Sugar to taste
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Chop the chillies coarsely. Chop the onions finely and grate the ginger. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Fry onions till transparent.
  3. Add ginger and chillies and fry for 2-3 mins.
  4. Now add lemon juice and sugar.
  5. Add little salt to nullify the hot taste.
  6. Now chilly chutney is ready.
