Ingredients:

• China grass-1 packet
• Sugar-1/2 cup
• Milk-1/2 litre
• Bread – 2 slices
• Cashew and Cherries (for decoration)

Method:

  1. First soak china grass in warm water.
  2. Boil milk with sugar for 10-15 mins. Take 1/2 the milk, bread and china grass and mix it properly.
  3. Now mix this mixture with rest of the milk.
  4. Grease a bowl with butter and pour the milk mixture into it.
  5. Keep it in the refrigerator for 40 mins. Serve with cashews and cherries.
