Ingredients:

• 500 gms – noodles
• 1 tbsp – Corn flour
• 1 tbsp – schezwan sauce
• 1 tbsp – sweet chutney
• 1 – carrot, finely chopped
• 1/2 piece – capsicum, chopped
• 1/2 cup – cabbage, finely sliced
• salt – to taste
• Lime juice – to taste
• oil – for deep frying
• Spring onions – for garnish

Method:

  1. Boil the noodles and drain.
  2. Add some corn flour to the boiled noodles and deep-fry it.
  3. In a bowl add some fried noodles, sliced capsicum, carrots, and cabbage.
  4. Add some sweet chutney, schezwan sauce, salt, and lime juice and toss well.
  5. Garnish with spring onions.
