Ingredients:
• 4 – Capsicums
• 10 – Green chillies
• 8 tbsp – Tomato sauce
• 8 tbsp – soya sauce
• 8 tbsp – chilli sauce
• 4-5 flakes – Garlic
• salt to taste
• 3 tbsp – oil
Method:
- Heat oil in a wok.
- Tip in garlic and saute until the raw smell goes.
- Add green chillies, followed by the capsicums.
- Fry until capsicums turn soft but crunchy.
- Tip in the rest of the ingredients.
- Saute for a minute and serve hot with roti or naan.
