
Ingredients:
• 1 – whole Chicken cut into small pieces
• 1 tbsp – Maida
• 1 tbsp – Corn flour
• 1 tsp – Ginger
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
• 1 pinch – ajinomoto
• salt
• 1 cup – sliced Capsicum
• 3 tbsp – chopped Green chillies
• 1 tbsp – soya sauce
• 1 tbsp – Tomato sauce
• 1 tbsp – chilli sauce
• 1 tbsp – Lime juice
• chopped coriander
• Curry leaves
Method:
- Mix maida, cornflour, ginger, garlic , ajinomoto and salt, along with a little water and marinate for 2 hours.
- Deep fry the chicken till golden brown and keep aside.
- Then take a pan and add a few curry leaves, 1 cup sliced capsicum, and 3 tbsp of chopped green chillies and mix well.
- Then add the fried chicken and stir.
- Add 1 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp tomato sauce and 1 tbsp chilli sauce and mix well
- Add 1 tbsp lime juice and chopped coriander for garnishing.
