
Ingredients:
• 1 lbs – Chicken Drumsticks or legs
• 1 – Onion (sliced)
• 4 tbsp – Schezwan sauce
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• For garam masala: 1 – Clove
• 3-4 – Peppercorns
• 1 – Bay Leaf
• 1 – Cinnamon
• For marination: 1 tbsp – Red Chilli powder
• 2 tbsp – chilli-garlic paste
• 5 tbsp – Curd
• a pinch of Turmeric powder
• salt to taste
Method:
- Prepare a paste of curd, red chilli powder, chilli-garlic paste, turmeric powder and salt.
- Marinate the chicken pieces in this mixture and leave in the refrigerator for half an hour.
- Take oil in a pan and add the whole garam masala.
- Add the onions and saute until brown.
- Add the marinated chicken.
- Cook covered for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is tender and dry.
- Heat butter in another pan and add the chicken pieces, then add some Schezwan sauce.
- Saute until the chicken is brown.
- Serve hot with rice.
