Ingredients:

• 250 g – Tofu
• 3 – dry Red Chillies (smashed)
• 1 – green pepper
• 1 – Onion (cut into long slices)
• 1 cup – Spring onions
• 1.5 tsp – cornflour
• oil as required
• 1.5 tsp – soya sauce
• 2 tsp – Vinegar
• 1 – Green chilli

Method:

  1. Cut the tofu into small cubes and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil and fry the onions and green chilli.
  3. Add the chopped green peppers and stir-fry for 2 minutes on high flame.
  4. Add soya sauce, vinegar, dry red chillies and salt.
  5. Add 1 cup of water and boil.
  6. Add the tofu.
  7. Mix cornflour in a little water to make a paste and add to the pan. Bring to boil.
  8. Serve hot with noodles or rice.
