Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – Jumbo Prawns
• 1 cup – Coconut Milk
• Whole Garam Masala (2 Cloves, 2 Cardamom, 2 Cinnamon)
• 1 tsp Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp Salt
• 2-3 Bay Leaves
• 3-4 tbsp Mustard oil
• For paste:
• 1 tsp Jeera
• 1 piece of Ginger
• 1 tsp of Dhania (Coriander seeds)
• 2-4 Red Chillies.

Method:

  1. Marinate prawns in salt and turmeric.
  2. Heat oil in the kadai, add the bay leaves and whole garam masala to splutter
  3. Add the prawns and saute it.
  4. Put the masalas into it along with salt and turmeric.
  5. Fry it on a low flame
  6. Add coconut milk into it and leave it for some time.
  7. Serve hot with rice.
