
Ingredients:
• 400 g – prawns, medium-sized
• 50 g – mustard seeds, soaked in water
• 1 cup – Coconut Milk
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• salt to taste
• 1 – tomato, medium-sized, grated
• 2-3 – Green chillies
Method:
- Marinate the prawns with turmeric powder and salt for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the prawns. Keep aside.
- Grind the soaked mustard seeds into a smooth paste.
- Cook the mustard paste, tomato and the coconut milk in oil. l
- Add the fried prawns to it and cook for 5-7 minutes until the mustard paste mixes well with the prawns.
- Add salt to taste and the green chillies.
- Serve with steamed rice.
