Ingredients:

• Marie Biscuits – 1 packet
• Butter – 6 tbsp
• Castor Sugar (finely powdered) – 6 tbsp
• Drinking chocolate powder – 2 tbsp
• Coffee decoction – 1 cup
• Nuts or dry fruits (optional)

Method:

  1. Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy.
  2. Blend in the chocolate powder.
  3. Dip four biscuits in the coffee decoction. Place the biscuits on a flat tray.
  4. Spread some butter-chocolate mixture evenly on these biscuits.
  5. Add another layer of the coffee-soaked biscuits.
  6. Repeat the process until all the biscuits are done.
  7. Spread a layer of the butter-chocolate mixture on the last layer of biscuits.
  8. Decorate with nuts or dry fruits (optional).
  9. Place the tray in the freezer and freeze for 30-45 minutes.
  10. Cut into pieces and serve.
