Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – Maida
• 1/2 cup – cocoa
• 1/2 tsp – baking powder
• 1/3 cup – Butter
• 1 tsp – vanilla essence
• 2 – eggs
• 1/3 cup – chocolate chips
• 1/3 cup – walnuts, finely chopped
Method:
- Sift the maida, cocoa and baking powder together.
- Melt butter and mix well.
- Lightly beat the eggs and add.
- Mix in the vanilla essence.
- Add the chocolate chips and finely chopped walnuts.
- Pour into a greased microwave-safe baking tray and microwave on high for 4 minutes. Serve hot with vanilla ice-cream.
