
Ingredients:
• 1 pack – ricotta cheese
• 1 can – condensed Milk
• 2-3 tsp – Hershey’s chocolate syrup
• 1 tbsp – Ghee
Method:
- Mix the ricotta cheese and condensed milk in a fry pan. Heat on medium flame and stir frequently.
- When the mixture starts to thicken, reduce the flame and keep stirring occasionally.
- When its starts to form a lump, divide into two equal portions.
- Spread one portion in a layer on a greased plate.
- Keep the other portion in the fry pan and add Hershey’s chocolate syrup. Heat on low flame for 3-4 minutes.
- Spread the mixture on the layered mix in the plate.
- On cooling, cut into small pieces.
- Store in an air-tight container.
