
Ingredients:
• 2 packets – Nice biscuits
• 200g – fresh Cream
• 100g – cooking chocolate
• 1 tsp – coffee powder, diluted in 1/2 cup of hot water
Method:
- To prepare chocolate sauce:
- Grate the cooking chocolate. Heat the cream and add the chocolate, stirring continuously until it melts.
- Dip biscuits in the coffee water and arrange them in a tray.
- Spread a thin layer of chocolate sauce over the biscuit layer.
- Repeat the layers until everything is used up.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Serve chilled, after cutting into small pieces.
