Ingredients:

• 2 packets – Nice biscuits
• 200g – fresh Cream
• 100g – cooking chocolate
• 1 tsp – coffee powder, diluted in 1/2 cup of hot water

Method:

  1. To prepare chocolate sauce:
  2. Grate the cooking chocolate. Heat the cream and add the chocolate, stirring continuously until it melts.
  3. Dip biscuits in the coffee water and arrange them in a tray.
  4. Spread a thin layer of chocolate sauce over the biscuit layer.
  5. Repeat the layers until everything is used up.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  7. Serve chilled, after cutting into small pieces.
