
Ingredients:
• 2 Egg whites
• a pinch each of salt and Cream of tartar
• 3/4 cup – Sugar
• 1 cup – chopped chocolate
Method:
- Beat together egg whites, salt, and cream of tartar until soft peaks form.
- Add the sugar gradually, beating to the peaks. Mix in the chocolate.
- Spoon in rounded shapes on baking sheets lined with greased brown paper.
- Bake in a moderate oven for 25 minutes.
- Cool slightly before removing from paper.
