Ingredients:

• 3 tbsp – Icing sugar, sifted
• 3 tbsp – Corn flour
• 2 tbsp – Gelatine
• 3 tbsp – Cocoa
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• 3 tbsp – Chopped nuts
• 2 tbsp – Chocolate chips (optional)

Method:

  1. Mix the sugar, corn flour, gelatine, and cocoa together in a saucepan.
  2. Slowly mix in the milk.
  3. Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Let it cool.
  6. Now beat well with a fork until fluffy.
  7. Spread over the cake with a spatula and garnish with the chopped nuts.
  8. Then add the chocolate chips.
  9. Refrigerate and serve cold.
