Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Butter
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 1 3/4 cup – flour
• 1/4 cup – unsweetened cocoa
• 2 tsp – vanilla
• 2 tsp – instant coffee of any variety
• 2 cups – finely chopped Pecans
• 2 tbsp – powdered Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – salt
Method:
- Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the flour, cocoa, vanilla, coffee, and salt.
- Mix well, and then fold in the pecans.
- Roll the dough in small balls, about 3/4 inch in diameter, and place them on a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 325 degrees F for 15 minutes.
- Cool, and then roll in powdered sugar.
