Ingredients:
• 300 g – Sugar
• 100 g – cocoa powder
• 1 cup – Milk
• 3 tbsp – Butter
• 1 tsp – vanilla essence
• 100 g – chopped Walnuts and Cashew nuts
Method:
- Heat the milk in a suitable pan.
- When warm, mix in the sugar, vanilla essence and cocoa powder.
- Simmer on low heat, stirring continuously.
- When the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan, add the butter and chopped nuts and mix well.
- Remove from heat and pour onto a greased plate.
- Cut into squares or diamond shapes when slightly cool.
