Very easy, healthy and delicious chocolate pudding recipe. Butter and cocoa powder gives rich taste to the recipe. Chocolate pudding can easily make in microwave in lesser time. Try out this yummy chocolate pudding recipe.


– 1 tablespoon Cocoa powder
– 75 ml milk
– 2 big slices fresh bread crumbs
– 25 gm butter
– 30 gm sugar
– 1/2 eggs
– 1/8 tablespoon baking powder
– Few drops of vanilla essence

For sauce

– 1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder
– 75 ml water
– 1/2 tablespoon corn flour
– A pinch of Salt
– Few drops of vanilla essence
– 1 gm butter
– 30 gm sugar

How to Make?

1. Dissolve cocoa in milk, pour on to the bread crumbs and leave it to soak for 15 to 20 minutes.
2. Now, cream together fat and sugar until it becomes light and soft.
3. Now, beat in the egg yolk and the pour over the soaked bread crumbs.
4. Now, add a few drops of vanilla essence and lastly fold in the egg white and baking powder
5. Pre heat microwave at 250C for 5 minute.
6. Then put the mixture into a greased mould and bake it for one hour till well risen and firm.
7. Now, remove it from microwave and let it cool, after that turn out it on a plate and serve with chocolate sauce.

To Make a Sauce

1. Take a bowl and mix corn flour and salt to a smooth paste with required water.
2. Heat rest of the water and when boiling pour on to the blended corn flour stirring all the time.
3. Return to heat and continue boiling with constant stirring.
4. Add cocoa dissolved in a litter water and sugar and cook for 5 minute. Stirring and beating.
5. stir in vanilla essence and butter.
