
Ingredients:
• 225 gms. soft margarine
• 225 gms. plain sifted flour
• 50 gms. icing Sugar
• 50 gms. cornflour
• 1 tbsp. cocoa powder
• Icing Sugar to dust
• 12 paper cake case
• 1 piping bag
Method:
- Put the butter in a large bowl and mix until smooth with a wooden spoon.
- Sift the flour, icing sugar and cornflour into a bowl and mix well.
- Take half the mixture out and put in another bowl.
- Beat the cocoa into the second bowl.
- Put the paper cases in a bun tray and pipe a swirl into each case.
- Bake on the middle shelf of the oven at 180 degrees C for 12-15 mins.
- Remove tray from oven using and sprinkle with icing sugar.
- Serve cold.
