Ingredients:
• 3 cups – Milk powder
• 1.5 to 2 cups – Sugar
• 1 cup – Butter
• Cocoa powder – According to taste
Method:
- Mix cocoa powder and milk powder. Sieve the mixture.
- Add sugar to water and heat it to make syrup (one string consistency).
- Add butter and stir well. Remove from heat and add the milk powder-cocoa mix to the syrup. Mix well so that no lumps are formed.
- When the chocolate comes out of the kadai without sticking to the sides, it is ready.
- Grease a plate with butter. Add badam, cashew and raisins if required.
- Pour the chocolate into the plate and flatten it.
- Slice and serve.
