Ingredients:

• 3 cups – Milk powder
• 1.5 to 2 cups – Sugar
• 1 cup – Butter
• Cocoa powder – According to taste

Method:

  1. Mix cocoa powder and milk powder. Sieve the mixture.
  2. Add sugar to water and heat it to make syrup (one string consistency).
  3. Add butter and stir well. Remove from heat and add the milk powder-cocoa mix to the syrup. Mix well so that no lumps are formed.
  4. When the chocolate comes out of the kadai without sticking to the sides, it is ready.
  5. Grease a plate with butter. Add badam, cashew and raisins if required.
  6. Pour the chocolate into the plate and flatten it.
  7. Slice and serve.
