
Ingredients:
• 250 gm – flour
• 1/2 tsp – Ginger powder
• 1/2 tsp – Cinnamon powder
• 150 gm – diced Butter
• 100 gm – castor Sugar
• Dried fruit/icing to decorate
• Eggs, as required (approximately 4)
Method:
- Rub flour and butter until breadcrumbs are formed.
- Stir in sugar and spices.
- Add enough beaten eggs to form soft dough. Chill well.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface.
- Cut into desired shapes and arrange on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 180 degrees C for 10-12 minutes
- Decorate with icing sugar/dried fruits/candy.
