
Ingredients:
• 12 – khari biscuits or golden puffs
• 1.5 cups – white sauce
• 1 – green chilli, chopped
• 4 tbsp – grated cheese
• A little chilli powder
• Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Mix the white sauce, pepper, half the cheese, salt and green chillies.
- Divide each biscuit into 2 parts. Arrange on a baking tray.
- On each biscuit, spread a little sauce, sprinkle some cheese and chilli powder.
- Bake in microwave oven for 1 minute or a grill for 4 minutes.
- Serve hot.
