Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Kabuli Channa
• 4 – chillies
• 1 – grated Coconut
• 1 tsp – mustard
• 1 tsp – Urad Dal
• 3 tsp – oil
• Some kadi patha
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Soak the Kabuli channa overnight.
  2. Cook it in the pressure cooker till you get 5 whistles.
  3. When the channa is fully cooked, keep it aside.
  4. Take a pan and heat it with oil.
  5. Add mustard, urad dal, kadi patha, and green chillies.
  6. When the mustard begins to splutter, add channa after draining the water in it.
  7. Add salt to taste and the grated coconut.
  8. Serve it when it cools.
