Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Kabuli Channa
• 4 – chillies
• 1 – grated Coconut
• 1 tsp – mustard
• 1 tsp – Urad Dal
• 3 tsp – oil
• Some kadi patha
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Soak the Kabuli channa overnight.
- Cook it in the pressure cooker till you get 5 whistles.
- When the channa is fully cooked, keep it aside.
- Take a pan and heat it with oil.
- Add mustard, urad dal, kadi patha, and green chillies.
- When the mustard begins to splutter, add channa after draining the water in it.
- Add salt to taste and the grated coconut.
- Serve it when it cools.
