Ingredients:
• 6 – Rajapuri raw mangoes
• 1/4 kg – Red Chilli powder
• 2.5kg – Sugar
• 2 tbsp – Cumin seeds
Method:
- Clean, peel, and grate the raw mangoes. Mix the pulp with the sugar (the ratio is 1 cup of mango to 1 cup of sugar).
- Once mixed, put it in a broad vessel, cover with a muslin cloth, and leave in the sun till the sugar has melted.
- Add red chilli powder to taste and stir in the cumin seeds.
- Fill in a pickle jar and store.
