Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – chicken, chopped
• 1 cup – onion, chopped
• 1/2 cup – dry Coconut
• 1 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 2 tsp – Garam Masala
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – Turmeric
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• Fresh coriander to garnish
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1 tbsp – Cashew nuts
Method:
- Grind onion and coconut to make a paste.
- Heat oil in a small cooker, add cashews and fry.
- Add onion-coconut paste; fry and add washed chicken pieces, ginger-garlic paste, salt, turmeric, and chilli powder.
- Fry for 5 minutes and cook covered.
- Then cover and cook up to 3 whistles on medium flame.
- Remove the lid after 10 minutes, add garam masala, and fresh coriander and mix well.
- Chutke chicken is ready to serve.
