Ingredients:
• 8 – apples
• 8 tbsp – Brown sugar
• 2 tbsp – rum
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• 30g – Raisins
• 10g – Cashewnuts
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• 1 tsp – Cinnamon powder
Method:
- Peel and slice the apples.
- Chop cashew nuts.
- Soak raisins in rum, and keep in the refrigerator for half an hour.
- In a mixing bowl, put the apples, cashew nuts, sugar, cinnamon powder, lemon juice and the raisins-rum mixture.
- Mix well, bake in a pudding dish at 450 degrees F for 20 mins.
- This pudding is to be served hot.
