Ingredients:
• 6 slices – bread
• 4 slices – bacon
• 2 – tomatoes, made into two parts
• 1 – onion, chopped slices made into two parts
• 2 slices – cheese
• 8 – Cucumber slices, made into two parts
• 4 slices – smoked Chicken breast
• 1 cup – shredded carrot, made into two parts
• To taste – Salt
• 1/2 tsp – black pepper powder
• 1/2 cup – mayonnaise
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• 1/4 cup – capsicum, chopped finely
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
Method:
- Fry the bacon slices till crisp. Drain and keep aside.
- Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper, capsicum, and garlic paste.
- Mix it well and divide it into six parts.
- Toast the bread slices and butter them.
- Apply the mayonnaise paste on one side of all the bread slices.
- Put two slices of bacon on one bread slice.
- Layer it with one part of the tomato slices and then the shredded carrots.
- Cover with one bread slice with the mayonnaise part at the bottom.
- Put two smoked chicken slices on one bread slice.
- Layer it with one part of the onion slices and then the cucumber slices.
- Top it with a cheese slice.
- Finally, cover with one bread slice (mayonnaise part downside).
- Repeat this with other sandwiches.
- Serve with ketchup and wafers.
