Ingredients:

• 1 – Carrot
• 8 – Badam
• 8 – Kaju
• 8 – Pista
• 4 – Elaichi
• 250 g – Sugar
• 1 liter – Milk

Method:

  1. Soak badam and pista in hot water for an hour.
  2. Peel the carrot and grind it in the mixer.
  3. Fry elaichi in little ghee and powder it.
  4. Peel the badam and pista skin and grind it in the mixer with little milk.
  5. Keep a non-stick clean pan in the gas and boil the milk for 15 to 20 minutes on a low flame. Add the pastes and stir it 10 to 15 minutes. Add sugar allow it to boil 10 more minutes.
  6. Your kheer is ready. Serve it hot or cold.
